Support for Communities

Parent engagement is critical to the success of student learning, effective parent engagement enables students to focus on their dreams and ambitions rather than struggling to find a sense of belonging. Genuine engagement is when there is a meaningful relationship between the community and educators that have a shared goal of maximizing learning and wellbeing outcomes for students.

By amplifying our voices as Muslim parents and communities we enable our students to not only attain their dreams but magnify the impact of their dreams.

We provide support and assistance to Muslims parents, and community members interested in getting involved in the school district, parent-teacher groups, DEI councils and more.

As a member based organization we encourage members to share their experiences and resources with one another on our members platform.

STAND also provide families with advocacy support to find ways to better protect our first amendment rights, implement religious accommodations and advocate regarding any education policy affecting Muslim students.
